After the phenomenal success with BB King in “Riding With The King,” Eric Clapton is back with his latest, “Reptile”
The album is a mix of many musical genres that Clapton cleverly made it into a sound of his own. The opening track, “Reptile” is a bossa nova meets guitar tune. Clapton didn't fail to bring out the best in his signature guitar playing while at that.
Included are also some covers of JJ Cale's “Travelin' Light”, Ray Charles' “Come Back Baby”, Joe Thomas and Howard Biggs' “Got You On My Mind,” and Murray Mencher and Billy Molls's “I Want A Little Girl” and “Broken Down”.
